Ready sells downloadable digital products delivered immediately after a verified payment.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Examples considered for refund

• Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
• The purchased download is unavailable or materially corrupted and support cannot provide a working replacement.
• The delivered product is materially different from the description shown at purchase.

Downloaded digital goods

Because digital products can be copied after delivery, change-of-mind requests after successful download may be declined where permitted. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.

Refund effect

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or resolved against the seller in a dispute, AMIE automatically revokes active fulfillment links associated with that payment.
